PSSE Inc extends its warmest congratulations to Dr. Bernardo C. Hornilla as the 2021 Outstanding Professional of the Year in the field of Sanitary Engineering given by Professional Regulation Commission.
The โOutstanding Professional of the Year Awardโ is the highest award bestowed by the Commission upon a professional as recommended by his/her peers for having sufficiently demonstrated professional competence of the highest degree and conducted himself/herself with integrity in the exercise of his/her profession; meaningfully participated in professional activities through the professional organization; significantly contributed to the advancement of the profession; and sincerely and effectively discharged personal and professional social responsibility through meaningful contribution/participation in socio-related activities.
Dr. Bernardo C. Hornilla is the current General Manager of the Batangas City Water District with more than three decades of continuous service in the said water district. He is a member of PSSE College of Fellows and served as PSSE National Officer from 2008 to 2019. Dr. Hornilla is an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) and ASEAN Engineer in the field of Sanitary Engineering.
